What is the Podcast about?

Corporate Warrior is a fast-growing high-intensity training podcast with 55+ 5-STAR ratings on iTunes and Stitcher. Each episode will typically provide very in-depth insights on how to improve your high-intensity training workouts or build your strength training business. Within the theme of high-intensity training, my guests and I explore workout routines, exercise selection, muscle hypertrophy, fat loss, nutrition, longevity, cardiovascular health, and much more. Under strength training business, we explore how to start a business, marketing, client / trainer retention, leadership, time management, networking, exercise machines, efficient spending, strategy and much more.

Corporate Warrior began as a way to scratch my own itch. It started after I read Body By Science by Dr Doug McGuff and John Little. To find the answers to many of my questions around exercise and nutrition, I reached out to Dr Doug McGuff to request an interview. The next thing you know, I’ve accidentally started a podcast.

The Corporate Warrior mission is to create the highest quality information available on high intensity training and strength training business. I am very passionate about evidence-based resistance training and improving health. By creating seminal, master-class style content that helps the individual and the business owner, I hope to significantly improve the health and fitness of as many people as possible.
